1 Introduction

Welcome to kuyaking. These Terms and Conditions apply to all players who access or use the kuyaking platform, including the website at kuyaking.app, the Android mobile app, and any other kuyaking services available to players in the Philippines.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on kuyaking — deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings — are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion involved for Philippine players.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfers, online and mobile banking, and supported local e-wallets. Specific payment options are displayed in your kuyaking account at the time of transaction. The following restrictions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each offer are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, structured deposits, or coordinated play to exploit promotional terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

7 Prohibited Conduct
